Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are a contract between you and TradeZaq (an individual operator, contactable by email at hello@tradezaq.xyz). We call ourselves “we”. They cover the TradeZaq Android app (com.zaqoa.fxjournal) and this website.

By tapping “Agree” in the app or by using TradeZaq, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer. If you do not accept them, do not use TradeZaq.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and old enough to make a binding contract where you live. TradeZaq is not for anyone under 18. When you accept these Terms you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may close it.

You must not use TradeZaq where the law forbids it.

3. What TradeZaq is

TradeZaq is a journal and analytics tool. You enter your trades, notes and balances. TradeZaq calculates statistics, shows charts and offers an AI coach that comments on your own journal.

TradeZaq is not:

• a broker, exchange or trading platform. It does not execute trades.
• a custodian. It does not hold, receive or move your money or assets.
• an investment adviser, research analyst or signal service. It gives no investment advice.

Read the Disclaimer. It is part of these Terms.

4. Your account

• You can sign up with an email login code or with Google.
• Give accurate information. Keep your login safe. Tell us at once if someone else gets in.
• One person per account. Do not share your account or sell access to it.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

5. Your responsibilities

• You decide what to trade and when. You carry the risk and the result.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We do not check it against your broker.
• You are responsible for following the laws and tax rules that apply to your trading.
• Keep your own backups if your records matter for tax or legal reasons. Use the free export.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or use TradeZaq for anything illegal;
• scrape, crawl or copy the app, its data or its content, or use bots or scripts to access it;
• abuse the AI coach by automating requests, reselling access, getting around daily limits or cooldowns, or trying to make it ignore its instructions or reveal them;
• use the AI coach as a general chatbot for unrelated work;
• share, rent or sell your account;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attack the app or our servers, or probe them for weaknesses without our written permission;
• upload malware, or content that is illegal, or that contains other people’s personal data without a right to do so;
• interfere with other users or with the service;
• pretend to be someone else or claim that TradeZaq is a broker or advisory service.

If you break these rules we may limit, suspend or close your account.

7. Plans and billing

Free and paid plans

TradeZaq has a free plan and a paid subscription. The free plan has limits, for example on the number of trading accounts, trades, screenshots per trade and AI messages per day. The paid plan raises or removes some limits. The current limits and features are shown in the app. We may change them. A free AI allowance is a taste of the feature. We may reduce it or remove it.

Google Play billing

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play, not by us. The price, taxes, currency and payment method are shown by Google Play at checkout. Google’s terms apply to the purchase. We do not see or store your card details.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Google Play charges you at renewal at the price then shown. If the price changes, Google Play tells you and, where required, asks for your consent.

Free trial

We may offer a free trial on a subscription plan. Whether a trial is offered, how long it lasts and who can get it are set in Google Play. The app shows the trial length before you start. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Google Play starts charging you.

Cancel any time

You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store: your profile picture, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, TradeZaq, Cancel subscription. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Deleting your TradeZaq account does not cancel it either. You must cancel in Google Play.

Refunds

Google Play handles payments and decides most refund requests under its own refund policy. You can also email hello@tradezaq.xyz. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we will honour it. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

When a subscription ends

You go back to the free plan. Your data stays. Trading accounts beyond the free limit become read-only: you can still view, export and delete their data, but you cannot add to them. Some features, such as extra screenshots and higher AI limits, stop.

8. AI coach

• The coach is an automated system. It gives educational commentary on your own journal data. It is not advice.
• It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It can misread your data. Different questions can get different answers.
• It is designed not to give buy, sell or hold calls, targets or predictions. Do not rely on it for decisions.
• You must agree to AI processing before you use it. How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
• Do not enter passwords, ID numbers or other sensitive information into the chat.
• We set daily limits and a short wait between messages. We may change them.

9. Your content and our licence

You own the data you put into TradeZaq: trades, notes, diary entries, screenshots and chat messages. We do not claim ownership.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process and display that content, and to send the parts needed for the AI coach to our AI providers, only as needed to run the service for you. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups and records we must keep (see the Privacy Policy).

We do not use your journal data to train AI models.

10. Our rights

TradeZaq, its design, code, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own journaling while these Terms apply. You may not copy or resell it.

If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

11. Google Play

You download TradeZaq from Google Play. Google’s terms apply to your download and purchases. Google is not responsible for the app, its support or these Terms. These Terms are between you and us.

12. Third-party data and services

Charts, prices and news come from third parties. They may be delayed or wrong. We are not responsible for third-party content or websites.

13. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account, Delete account, type DELETE) or by email. See Delete account for what is deleted, what is kept and how long it takes. Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription.

14. Changes to the service

We may change, add or remove features. We may update the app. We will try to give notice of big changes that affect what you paid for. The app may sometimes be unavailable.

15. Termination

You can stop using TradeZaq at any time.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, abuse the service or the AI, put the service or other users at risk, or if the law requires. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you time to export your data. Refunds follow section 7.

Parts of these Terms that should continue after the account ends will continue, for example the sections on liability, disclaimers and governing law.

16. Disclaimers

TradeZaq is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, that calculations are always correct, or that it will improve your trading. We do not promise any trading result.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed.

17. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.
• Our total liability to you for any claim about TradeZaq is limited to the amount you paid us for TradeZaq in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

18. Indemnity

If you break these Terms or the law, and a third party makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows. This does not apply to consumers where the law forbids it.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory law gives you the right to go to court elsewhere.

Nothing in these Terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or any other consumer or data protection law that applies to you. If you live in the EU, UK or another place with mandatory consumer rules, you keep those rights, including the right to use the courts of your home country.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Each version has a version code, shown at the top of this page. If a change is material, the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
