1. Not investment advice

TradeZaq is a journal and analytics tool. It shows you numbers from the trades you enter. Nothing in the app or on this website is investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

TradeZaq is not registered as an investment adviser, research analyst, broker or financial institution with SEBI or with any other regulator, in India or elsewhere. We do not make personal recommendations. We do not give trading signals, entries, exits, targets or price predictions.

You make your own trading decisions. You are responsible for them. If you need advice, speak to a licensed professional in your country.

2. Not a broker. No custody.

TradeZaq does not execute trades. It does not connect to your broker account. It does not ask for your broker password or API keys. It does not hold, move or manage your money. All trading happens on your own broker or exchange.

3. Trading involves substantial risk of loss

You can lose some or all of the money you put into trading. Leverage, derivatives, forex, crypto and short-term trading can make losses larger and faster. Studies, including ones published by SEBI, have found that most individual derivatives traders lose money.

• Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
• Understand the product and its costs before you trade it.
• Some products, such as forex on unauthorised platforms, crypto and derivatives, are restricted or regulated differently in different countries. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

4. Past performance does not guarantee future results

Win rate, profit factor, drawdown, equity curves and every other number in TradeZaq describe the past. Markets change. A method that worked before can stop working. Do not assume your past results will repeat.

5. The numbers come from you

TradeZaq calculates statistics from what you enter. If an entry is wrong or missing, the numbers will be wrong. We do not check your trades against your broker. We try to make the calculations correct, but we do not promise they are free of errors. Check important figures against your broker statements, especially before you file taxes.

6. AI coach

The AI coach writes educational commentary about your own journal data. It is an automated system. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It can misread your data. It does not know your full situation. It is designed not to give buy, sell or hold calls, and it must not be treated as advice if it ever appears to do so.

Do not make a trading decision only because the AI coach said something. Do not type passwords, ID numbers or other sensitive details into the chat.

7. Market data, news and third-party content

The chart and news screens show data and headlines from third parties. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not verify or endorse them. Links lead to websites we do not control. Mentioning a market, broker or product is not a recommendation.

8. Tax

TradeZaq is not a tax tool. Exported data may not meet the reporting rules of your country. You are responsible for your own taxes. Speak to a qualified tax professional.

9. No guarantee

We do not promise that TradeZaq will improve your results or make you profitable. We do not promise that the app will always be available or error free. Our Terms of Service explain our responsibilities and limits.

10. Your acknowledgement

When you accept this disclaimer in the app, you confirm that you have read it, that you understand trading can lose you money, and that you are responsible for your own decisions. If you do not agree, do not use TradeZaq.
